What is a care Family?

A Care Family…

  • Provides short-term care for a child.

  • Helps a child in your own home.

  • Cares for a child from your own community.

  • Grows your gift of hospitality

Why Are Care Families Needed?

  • To help other families facing difficulties

  • Difficulties like: homelessness, mental health challenges, medical issues, deployment, and others.

  • The child’s parent does not have a network of family, church family, or friends.
